The first section is called design. That’s because it’s all about working out WHAT you are going to do. At the end of the design section, you want a good idea of :

  • what you are going to stop doing
  • start doing
  • and, what you’ll continue to do.

Kevin referenced previous scale at speed growth guest Felix Velarde. A lot of principles that Felix discussed are reflected in this process.

Who knows what a PESTLE Analysis is?

Kevin does. Graham reckoned he didn’t to look cool (even though he aced his MBA and knew it backwards!)

But, do you need such sophisticated analysis as a small trader? Maybe not.
